Bragging.

okay, now, I know that moms that brag about their kids' accomplishments can get a big annoying. I tend to think my kids are pretty exceptional, but I try to only brag about them to those who get as excited as I do about their accomplishments (blood relations).

But this is MY blog, and I'm going to assume that if you're reading it, you're at least somewhat interested in the accomplishments of my kids...so I'm going to go out on a limb here and risk being annoying...

I won't mention the fact that he has 95% of what is on that map memorized. that would be over the top.

But come on...really. He's five, folks. FIVE!!

'nuff said.

uh...wow! I'd say you have the right to brag alright! That's amazing...you have quite the little prodigy (or future cartographer!) on your hands. You have to frame that one!

You also might not want to mention that he can draw almost all of it from memory. That would just be obnoxious. And yet true.

Ummm ... I'm picking my chin off the floor now. You have bragging rights, no one's going to argue there. ummm ... if we move, can my kids come to your school? Compliments to their teacher... and Creator!

Go on - BRAG!! I'm not blood relation - but he's amazing. All your boys are! You and Rob have done a fantastic job parenting.
My ggggrandfather was cartographer to King Louis of France - Edme Mentelle. He and his brother mapped about everywhere there was. Next time you come I'll make sure to show the boys my map of France he did.
So now you can say a cartographers granddaughter thinks Daniel is amazing!! Hugs - Julie
