just came across this picture from Newfoundland (I'm working, Andrea, really, I am!)
and wanted to post it. its rare I find a picture of myself I like, but when you put this gorgeous kid next to me, it helps :-). He is so often the one that keeps me sane during the days. Other times he jumps right in the middle of the fray, but he is still my sweetie :-). He has taken on the the job of oldest brother with such courage and wonderful-ness. It wears on him some days. And Daniel really gives him a run for his big-brother money. But he is so kind and so thoughtful. and so downright RESPONSIBLE. good grief...sometimes we wonder whose kid he is!
I love you, Gabey. You make your mama proud!!

Yes, you are totally gorgeous in this picture. Good genes, I guess. :) And Gabey is, like you said, amazing and wonderful. But he is not such a good boy by accident! Great job, mama and daddy!
